Mushrooms, corn, green peas, carrots, red/green peppers, cilantro, scallions, avocado, and black olives.

A good bottle of wine is all you need to make a terrific dinner with this wonderful paella. It is the perfect meal because it satisfies even the most demanding of palates. A Paella is meant to show off the rice it self and highlight a few special ingredients.
